Shipping costs: We are responsible for the shipping costs in our webshop. This means you don't have to pay shipping costs.*
*Please note that you must bear the costs yourself if you want to return an item.

Can I track my delivery? Yes, all our shipments are equipped with Track & Trace. You can track the status of your order via the order status page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the link to the Track & Trace information.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

Delivery times: We aim for fast delivery of our products (5-8 days). If you place an order before 15.00 on weekdays, we will try to process it the same day.

Not at home on delivery: What happens now? If you are not at home during delivery or if the package is left at the post office, the webshop charges costs for delivery. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the amount to be refunded.

Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package: If a package is lost or undelivered due to logistics issues, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Defective product: If your product is damaged during transport, it is of course very annoying. We always send a new package free of charge the first time this happens, and we will not issue a refund. If the product is defective the second time, we will refund the entire purchase price.
